Once again this year, Bantam and Midget teams will not attend the End of Year Banquet but will organize their own team meals. However, Bantam and Midget players may still register for next season on Saturday, April 24, at the End of Year Banquet. For those Bantam and Midget players looking to fulfill volunteer hours, you are also encouraged to volunteer at the banquet with registration, equipment and jersey returns and banquet set-up.

Procedure to claim End of Year Event for Bantam and Midget Teams:

• Each Bantam and Midget team will receive $12 per player to put towards their own year end team meal.
• Each team will organize on their own their end of year celebration, keeping in mind the $12 per player reimbursement.
• Bantam and Midget players will NOT receive an end-of-season souvenir this year.

Coaches/Managers:
Please proceed with organizing your own end of year get-together. Please remember to keep all receipts. In order to receive your $12 per player reimbursement, you will need to complete a WEHL Expense Claim form indicating the number of players on your team who participated in the meal.

Please be sure to include the name of the team and the name and address of the person who should receive the reimbursement in the Item field. Attach a copy of your receipts and you will be reimbursed up to a maximum of $12 per player. Coaches are not included in the $12 per player as we encourage you to attend the Volunteer Appreciation Event that is being held April 21st. Once you have completed the Expense Claim Form, please drop it off with your receipts in the VP Senior mailbox at Dulude Arena. The VP Senior will sign the Expense claim form showing his approval for the expenditure. Once processed, a cheque will be sent by the Treasurer to the address you provide on the form.
